Communion Chalice
The silver-guilt Communion Chalice is the product of a workshop in the area of Philippoupolis (now Bulgaria). It is decorated with elaborated filigree decoration and coloured cloisonné enamel. On the base there is an inscription with the names of the maker, Georgios Papamanolis Nazloglou, and of the Church Hagia Kyriake, but not of the place.
